Expenditure of general road fund on city streets and bridges.
Counties may expend funds received
by the general road fund pursuant to ORS 294.060 on city streets and bridges
under such terms and conditions as the county may determine pursuant to the
provisions of ORS 373.260. [1975 c.292 §2]
