Statute Text
Refunding grant anticipation revenue bonds.
The State Treasurer may issue grant anticipation
revenue bonds to refund outstanding grant anticipation revenue bonds or other
obligations, the proceeds of which were used to finance highway improvement
projects. Refunding and advance refunding bonds authorized in this section are
subject to the provisions of ORS 367.161 to 367.181. [2003 c.201 §8]
