Statute Text
Powers
of department.
The
Department of Transportation may:
(1) Make all
contracts and agreements, execute and deliver all instruments and do all things
necessary or convenient to provide financial assistance for transportation
projects in accordance with ORS 367.010 to 367.067 or to perform covenants made
to secure infrastructure bonds; and
(2) Enter into
and perform such contracts and agreements with entities concerning the
planning, construction, lease or other acquisition, installation or financing
