Roadside Memorial Fund. The Roadside Memorial Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the Roadside Memorial Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Transportation for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 366.930, 366.931, 366.934 and 366.940.
