Officer Chris Kilcullen Memorial Highway. (1) The portion of State Highway 126 that is known as the Eugene-Springfield Highway, beginning where the highway intersects with West 6th Avenue and West 7th Avenue in Eugene and ending where the highway intersects with Main Street in Springfield, shall also be known as the Officer Chris Kilcullen Memorial Highway. (2) The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain suitable markers along the highway described in this section that indicate the designation of the highway as the Officer Chris Kilcullen Memorial Highway.
