Statute Text
Meeting requirements of federal aid statutes.
The Department of
Transportation or officers having control of the state highways shall enter
into such contracts, appoint such officers and do any other act or thing
necessary to fully meet the requirements of the federal government and the
officers acting under the federal statutes mentioned in ORS 366.556, or of
other federal aid furnished. [Formerly 366.730]
