Use of
highway fund to match federal moneys.
The Department of Transportation may use, allocate or in any manner employ for
the purpose of matching any sum of money made available to the state by the
federal government for road or highway purposes any moneys credited to the
highway fund, regardless of the source from which such moneys may have been
derived. [Formerly 366.720]
