Acceptance of provisions of Acts of Congress.
The State of Oregon assents to the Act of July 11,
1916, 39 Stat. 355, entitled An act to provide that the United States shall
aid the states in the construction of rural post roads, and for other purposes,
or Acts supplementary thereto, and accepts the provisions and benefits of any
Act of Congress having for its purpose the construction, improvement or
maintenance of public roads or highways in the State of Oregon. [Formerly
