Statute Text
Payment
of costs.
The
costs fixed by the conciliator or conciliators as pursuant to ORS 36.548 shall
be borne equally by the parties unless the settlement agreement provides for a
different apportionment. All other expenses incurred by a party shall be borne
by that party. [1991 c.405 §52]
