Statute Text
Venue.
(1) The functions referred to in
ORS 36.468 and 36.470 shall be performed by the circuit court in:
(a) The county
where the arbitration agreement is to be performed or was made.
(b) If the
arbitration agreement does not specify a county where the agreement is to be
performed and the agreement was not made in any county in the State of Oregon,
the county where any party to the court proceeding resides or has a place of
business.
(c) In any case
not covered by paragraph (a) or (b) of this subsection, in any county in the
State of Oregon.
(2) All other
functions assigned by ORS 36.450 to 36.558 to the circuit court shall be
performed by the circuit court of the county in which the place of arbitration
