Statute Text
Policy.
(1) It is the policy of the
Legislative Assembly to encourage the use of arbitration and conciliation to
resolve disputes arising out of international relationships and to assure
access to the courts of this state for legal proceedings ancillary to or otherwise
in aid of such arbitration and conciliation and to encourage the participation
and use of Oregon facilities and resources to carry out the purposes of ORS
