Statute Text
Grants
for dispute resolution services in counties; rules.
The Dean of the University of
Oregon School of Law shall award grants for the purpose of providing dispute
resolution services in counties. Grants under this section shall be made from
funds allocated to the University of Oregon on behalf of the University of
Oregon School of Law for distribution under this section. The Board of Trustees
of the University of Oregon may adopt standards for the operation of the grant
