Statute Text
Board
quorum; meetings.
(1) A majority of the members of the Trust for Cultural Development Board
constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
(2) The board
shall meet at least once every three months at a place, day and hour determined
by the chairperson. The board also shall meet at other times and places
specified by the call of the chairperson or of a majority of the members of the
board.
(3) The
chairperson shall invite representatives of the core partner agencies to all
meetings of the board. [2001 c.954 §6]
