Lane County matching fund relationship. (1) In relation to the Oregon State Museum of Natural History, the Department of Transportation is authorized to enter into a relationship with Lane County based upon local matching funds and efforts being available in fact. (2) The Department of Transportation shall, in calculating the value of funds or other local efforts to be appropriated by Lane County, consider the value of existing or future construction, facilities in place, landscaping, gardens and all improvements made or to be made by Lane County.
