Statute Text
Annulment of tax. The proposition of whether or not a tax levied for the purposes of ORS 358.820 shall be annulled may be submitted to the electors of the city in the same manner as provided for the levy of the tax in ORS 358.831. If a majority of the votes cast on the proposition is in favor of the proposition, no further levy for said purposes shall be made. [Formerly 357.960] OREGON STATE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY
