Definitions for ORS 357.330 to 357.370.
As used in ORS 357.330 to 357.370, except where the
context otherwise requires:
(1) Compact
means the Interstate Library Compact.
(2) Public
library agency, with reference to this state, means the State Library or any
local government unit authorized by ORS 357.410 to establish a public library,
