Statute Text
Rules governing State Library resources; public and state agency access. The State Library Board shall adopt rules: (1) Defining reasonable public access to the State Library and its resources and materials. (2) Defining State Library resources, including, but not limited to, print, electronic, subscription and reference services. (3) Establishing processes and procedures related to state agency use of State Library resources, as defined in rules adopted under subsection (2) of this section. The rules shall provide that the State Library shall fulfill only state agency requests for resources or services that pertain to the conduct of state business. [2015 c.328 §8]
