Revenue bonds considered bonds of political subdivision.
Revenue bonds issued by the Oregon
Health and Science University pursuant to ORS chapter 287A shall be considered
to be bonds of a political subdivision of the State of Oregon for the purposes
of all laws of the state. [1995 c.162 §60; 2007 c.783 §157]
