Statute Text
Credit
for education and training received while serving in Armed Forces; rules.
The Oregon Health and Science
University shall give credit for education and training obtained by a person
while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States, as defined in ORS
352.313. The education and training for which credit may be given must meet the
standards adopted by the Oregon Health and Science University Board of
Directors by rule. [2005 c.518 §5]
