Statute Text
Oregon
Renewable Energy Center.
(1) Pursuant to ORS 352.372, there is created the Oregon Renewable Energy
Center. The Oregon Renewable Energy Center shall be administered by the Oregon
Institute of Technology.
(2) The purpose
of the Oregon Renewable Energy Center is to engage in renewable energy system
engineering and applied research.
(3) The Oregon
Institute of Technology may receive moneys from any public or private source to
support the Oregon Renewable Energy Center. Gifts and grants received to
support the Oregon Renewable Energy Center shall be credited to the appropriate
fund at the Oregon Institute of Technology. [Formerly 352.221]
