Center
for Lakes and Reservoirs.
(1) Pursuant to ORS 352.372, there is created the Center for Lakes and
Reservoirs, to be administered by Portland State University.
(2) The purpose
of the Center for Lakes and Reservoirs is to assist state and federal agencies
in researching and mitigating nonindigenous, invasive aquatic species in this
state and to work with communities in developing effective management of lakes
and reservoirs. [Formerly 352.207]
