Statute Text
University of Oregon School of Law.
(1) There is created the University of Oregon School of Law to be administered
by the University of Oregon.
(2) The
University of Oregon School of Law shall:
(a) Prepare
students for careers in the legal profession.
(b) Perform the
duties required of the school under ORS 36.100 to 36.238.
(3) The president
of the University of Oregon shall appoint the Dean of the University of Oregon
