Standards for minimum content of alcohol and drug abuse policy and plan.
In order to carry out the duties
described in ORS 352.256, the governing board of a public university listed in
ORS 352.002, in consultation with the Oregon Health Authority and the Alcohol
and Drug Policy Commission, shall adopt standards that, as a minimum, describe
the content of what shall be included in the policy and plan described in ORS
