Statute Text
Overpayment of salary or compensation.
When an employee of a public university listed in ORS 352.002 receives payment
of salary or compensation in an amount greater than the employees entitlement,
the amount of the overpayment may be deducted from salary or compensation
earned by the employee. The deduction may be in such form and manner as the
governing board of the public university may prescribe. [Formerly 351.097]
