Requirements of graduate students employed by public university; contact information. (1) Each public university listed in ORS 352.002 shall develop a form for graduate students enrolled at the public university who wish to be employed by the public university that: (a) Requires the graduate student to provide the contact information described in ORS 243.804 (4)(a)(B); and (b) Waives any privacy rights to, and authorizes the public university to disclose, the information described in paragraph (a) of this subsection. (2) As a condition of employment, any graduate student who is employed by a public university must: (a) Provide the contact information described in subsection (1)(a) of this section; and (b) Sign the consent described in subsection (1)(b) of this section to authorize the public university to release the contact information that is part of the employment record.
