Interchange of faculty members with universities outside Oregon.
The governing boards of public
universities listed in ORS 352.002 may allow interchange of members of the
faculties of public universities with faculty members of comparable
institutions of other states or countries for a period of one year. Such exchange
service shall, for all purposes, be deemed continued service with the Oregon
public university covered, with salary paid to the absent faculty member
accordingly. Salary for the visiting faculty member shall not be paid by the
Oregon public university covered. [Formerly 351.205]
