Municipalities acting jointly.
All powers and duties provided in ORS 350.665 to 350.695 may be exercised or
discharged by two or more municipalities acting jointly. A municipality may
issue revenue bonds to finance education facilities located within the
boundaries of another municipality. [Formerly 352.815]
