Statute Text
Finance of education facilities by municipalities. In order to provide the people of this state with access to quality post-secondary education at a reasonable cost, and to provide an educated workforce which promotes economic development within this state, the Legislative Assembly authorizes municipalities to finance education facilities in accordance with ORS 350.665 to 350.695.
