Statute Text
Annual
report to Legislative Assembly; rules.
(1) No later than September 15 of each year, the Higher Education Coordinating
Commission shall submit a report in the manner provided by ORS 192.245 to the
interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to higher education that
identifies each instance during the previous academic year in which an
institution of higher education has either violated a provision of ORS 350.335
to 350.346 or failed to carry out a provision of ORS 350.335 to 350.346.
(2) The
commission may adopt rules necessary to implement ORS 350.335 to 350.346. [2023
