Statute Text
Limitations on investigations involving sexual assault, domestic violence or
stalking.
A public
university listed in ORS 352.002, a community college or an Oregon-based
private university or college may not use the threat or imposition of student
discipline or other sanction to influence the decision of a victim of an
alleged incident of sexual assault, domestic violence or stalking regarding
whether or not the victim will report the alleged incident or participate in an
investigation or adjudication of the alleged incident. [Formerly 350.257]
