Statute Text
Armed Forces recruitment on campuses; standards. (1) As used in this section, “institution of higher education” means: (a) A public university listed in ORS 352.002; (b) A community college operated under ORS chapter 341; or (c) The Oregon Health and Science University. (2) An institution of higher education shall allow members and agents of the Armed Forces of the United States to recruit on a public campus and shall set standards for such recruitment that are the same as for all other employment recruitment activities allowed on the campus.
