Statute Text
Enrollment and graduation rate of Oregon high school students at post-secondary
institutions of education.
(1) Each post-secondary institution of education that operates in this state
shall annually provide to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission:
(a) The number of
Oregon high school graduates from each school district who are enrolled at the
institution; and
(b) The
graduation rate at the institution for Oregon high school graduates from each
school district.
(2) The
commission shall annually submit to the Department of Education the information
provided under subsection (1) of this section.
(3) The
department shall annually provide to each school district the information
related to high school graduates from that school district that is provided to
the department under subsection (2) of this section. [2017 c.415 §1]
