Continuous appropriation of funds relating to student aid.
All funds for and relating to
student aid programs received by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission
pursuant to federal grant or from any other source, except moneys appropriated
from the State Treasury for a specified period of time, hereby are continuously
appropriated to the commission for the purposes for which such funds were
provided and received by the commission. [Formerly 351.672; 1987 c.394 §7; 2011
