Statute Text
Agreements with subcontractors; rules.
(1) With written approval from the Commission for the Blind, a vending facility
manager may enter into an agreement with a subcontractor included on the list
of approved subcontractors described in subsection (4) of this section in order
to enable the manager to operate the vending facility.
(2) In
determining whether to approve an agreement with a subcontractor, the
commission shall consider:
(a) The quality
of service that the vending facility manager and subcontractor are able to
provide; and
(b) Any product
storage requirements.
(3) The
commission may provide in an agreement with a vending facility manager that the
commission may increase the percentage of net proceeds collected under ORS
