Statute Text
Commission for the Blind Account.
(1) There is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury an account
to be known as the Commission for the Blind Account. Except for funds made
available to the Commission for the Blind under ORS 346.270 or deposited
pursuant to ORS 346.569, all moneys received by the commission for promoting
the welfare of persons with visual impairments shall be paid into the State
Treasury and credited to the Commission for the Blind Account.
(2) All moneys in
the Commission for the Blind Account are continuously appropriated to the
commission for use by the commission for the respective purposes authorized by
law.
(3) The
commission shall keep a record of all moneys deposited in the Commission for
the Blind Account. The record shall indicate by separate cumulative accounts
the source from which the moneys are derived and the individual activity or
