Statute Text
Cooperation with Department of Human Services. The Commission for the Blind shall: (1) Cooperate with the Department of Human Services in the administration of programs for persons who are blind; and (2) When requested by the department, make an investigation of an applicant eligible for programs for persons who are blind and make recommendations to the department regarding services for the applicant and the employability of the applicant.
