Statute Text
Rules and regulations. (1) The Commission for the Blind may make and promulgate rules and regulations reasonably necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of ORS 346.110 to 346.270. (2) The commission shall make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the custody, use and preservation of the records, papers, files and communications of the commission. The use of such records, papers, files and communications by any other agency or department of government or person to which they may be furnished shall be limited to purposes for which they are furnished and by the provisions of law under which they may be furnished.
