Statute Text

Recommended minimum standards. Consistent with the requirements of ORS 345.325, the advisory committee shall recommend to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission minimum standards for the operation of career schools. In making its recommendations, the committee shall consider changes in technological, economic and social conditions which affect employment needs, opportunities and skills.
