Statute Text
Gifts and grants. The Department of Education and the Bureau of Labor and Industries may apply for and obtain gifts and grants of money from any public or private source for the use and benefit of youth apprenticeship and training or work based learning programs and shall expend funds received in accordance with the terms of such gifts or grants.
