Statute Text
Payments exempt from process. Any payments made to an individual with an occupational handicap as maintenance under ORS 344.511 to 344.690 and 344.710 to 344.730 shall not be transferable or assignable at law or in equity. None of the money payable under ORS 344.511 to 344.690 and 344.710 to 344.730 shall be subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment or other legal process or to the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law.
