Statute Text
Federal cooperation.
The Department of Human Services:
(1) Shall
cooperate with the federal government in carrying out the purposes of any
federal Act pertaining to vocational rehabilitation, and in related matters of
mutual concern, including the adoption of methods of administration found by
the federal government to be necessary for the efficient operation of plans for
vocational rehabilitation.
(2) May apply for
federal funds and accept and enter into any contracts or agreements in behalf
of the state for the receipt of such funds from the federal government or its
agencies for vocational rehabilitation purposes. [Amended by 1965 c.100 §439;
