Statute Text
Advance payment to districts. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the Department of Education may make advance payment from funds received by the Department of Education pursuant to Public Law 89-10, as further amended by Public Law 95-561, to school districts based on the estimated cost of any approved program or service to be provided.
