Providers under Oregon Prenatal to Kindergarten Program to provide early
childhood special education.
(1) Providers under the Oregon Prenatal to Kindergarten Program, as defined in
ORS 329.175, shall be responsible for providing early childhood special
education as defined in ORS 343.035 (5).
(2) Not less than
10 percent of the population of children served by a provider under the Oregon
Prenatal to Kindergarten Program shall be children who are eligible to receive
