Statute Text
Prohibitions on school district employees.
A school district employee may not:
(1) Knowingly
sell, market or distribute an anabolic steroid or performance-enhancing
substance to a kindergarten through grade 12 student with whom the employee has
contact as part of the employees school district duties; or
(2) Knowingly
endorse or suggest the ingestion, intranasal application or inhalation of an
anabolic steroid or performance-enhancing substance by a kindergarten through
grade 12 student with whom the employee has contact as part of the employees
school district duties. [2007 c.395 §2]
