Teacher Standards and Practices Commission Account; use. On or before the 10th day of each month, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission shall pay into the State Treasury all moneys received under this chapter. The State Treasurer shall credit the moneys to the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission Account. The moneys in the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission Account are continuously appropriated to the commission for the purpose of paying its administrative expenses.
