Publication of list of teachers, administrators and teacher candidates subjected to discipline. (1) The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission shall regularly publish information online that can be accessed by school districts, public charter schools and education service districts and that includes the following: (a) All teachers and administrators whose teaching or administrative licenses have been suspended or revoked or who have been reprimanded or placed on probation during the preceding 12 months. (b) All candidates enrolled in approved educator preparation programs under ORS 342.147 whose right to apply for a license or registration has been suspended or revoked during the preceding 12 months. (2) If the decision of the commission is appealed under ORS 342.180, the name of the teacher, administrator or candidate shall not be published online under subsection (1) of this section unless and until such decision has been sustained by the Court of Appeals or until the appeal has been dropped.
