Community College Capital Construction Fund. (1) The Community College Capital Construction Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on moneys in the Community College Capital Construction Fund shall be credited to the fund. (2) Moneys in the Community College Capital Construction Fund are continuously appropriated to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission and may be distributed by the commission for the purposes described in Article XI-G, section 1 (2), of the Oregon Constitution, pursuant to grant contracts entered into between the commission and community colleges under ORS 286A.851.
