Statute Text
Annual audit required. (1) The board of a community college district shall cause to have prepared an annual audit of the books and accounts of the district, including but not limited to student body funds, athletic funds, cafeteria funds, and other similar funds collected by the college. The audit statements must be filed with the administrative office for the district on or before December 31 of the year in which the audit is conducted. (2) Accountants employed under this section must be selected from the roster of authorized municipal accountants maintained by the Oregon Board of Accountancy under ORS 297.670.
