Receipt of funds for apprenticeship programs. (1) The receiving community college shall be awarded funds from the contracted out-of-district funds allocated to the Office of Community Colleges and Workforce Development if the college operates the program under a contract with an apprenticeship training committee and the contract is approved by the office. (2) A community college district may submit full-time equivalencies generated by apprenticeship programs to the office for reimbursement from the Community College Support Fund for purposes of ORS 341.626 but may not submit for reimbursement those full-time equivalencies generated through contracts under subsection (1) of this section.
