Effect on state aid of scholarships and of certain admissions. (1) In determining the amount of apportionment to the community college from the General Fund under ORS 341.626, tuition and fees allowed for scholarships authorized by ORS 341.478 shall be considered as paid by the student. (2) The district shall include the high school student attending the community college in determining the number of equivalent full-time students in classes for purposes of ORS 341.626 and other laws governing the distribution of state and federal funds to such colleges.
